Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chef's AI Pantry ("the app"), developed by Hauri Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

Trial: The free trial is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on one device. Recipes are limited to 25.

Core (one-time purchase): Upon payment of the one-time fee, you receive a perpetual personal license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the app.

Cloud + AI (subscription): Your subscription license is valid for the duration of your active subscription. Cancelling ends access to cloud sync and the iOS companion app; your locally stored recipes are unaffected.

Acceptable Use

You may use the app for personal recipe management. You may not:

• Use automated scripts to mass-import content that violates third-party websites' terms of service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for commercial recipe scraping or content aggregation

AI Features

AI recipe import uses Anthropic's Claude API. By using AI import, you agree to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted recipe content — always verify ingredients and instructions before cooking, particularly if you have food allergies.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Core purchase, contact us at support@ChefsAIPantry.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription charges are non-refundable except at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hauri Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify Cloud + AI subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
