Chef's AI Pantry is developed by Hauri Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Trial and Core users (no account)
We do not collect any personal data. Your recipes are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Cloud + AI subscribers
To provide cloud sync and the iOS companion app, we store your recipe library on our servers. We collect your email address (for account management and billing) and the recipe data you choose to sync. We do not sell this data.

AI recipe import
When you use the AI import feature, the text content of the webpage you import is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that data. We do not store the raw webpage content — only the structured recipe data extracted from it.

BYO-AI mode
If you provide your own API key, your requests go directly from your device to Anthropic. We do not see or store your API key or request content.

Website analytics
The chefsaipantry.com website does not use tracking scripts, cookies, or analytics. We do not collect information about visitors.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide cloud sync and the iOS companion app (Cloud + AI subscribers only)
• To process your purchase and send license information (email only)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (payment processing via our payment provider).

Data Storage and Security

Cloud + AI subscriber recipe data is stored on servers in the United States. We use standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Trial and Core user data never leaves your device.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@ChefsAIPantry.com. We will respond within 30 days.
